Statutory currency

5 years

Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) certification from an RTO. Each state or territory sets how currency is shown and renewed. This is the requirement regulators look at.

Internal refresher

2 years

1AAA Training's recommendation for its non-accredited FS001 to FS012 programs. It does not change FSS validity, create an RTO qualification or replace workplace training duties.
