FSS currency in Queensland

Category-one and category-two businesses must have FSS certification obtained at least every five years.
Queensland's page excludes handling food for or at a fundraising event from this particular requirement. Other licensed businesses should check their licence and current guidance. Some RTOs offer refresher courses.
Separate from this, 1AAA Training recommends a two-year internal refresher for its non-accredited programs. That does not change FSS certificate validity.
