For businesses to which Standard 3.2.2A applies, the national definition requires FSS certification obtained within the past five years.
Use the national standard as the baseline and confirm the NT business-specific pathway with NT Health. Do not interpret this as a separate NT-issued certificate or an exemption for businesses outside this standard.
